Giveaway open to couples hosting weddings within 40 miles of Indianapolis.
Valid for weddings taking place between December 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026.
Prize valued up to $1,250 — may be applied to a free Standard Day-Of Coordination package or as credit toward a higher-tier package.
All entrants receive 10% off the full scope of wedding services for any 2025–2026 wedding date.
Not combinable with other discounts or specials; if eligible for multiple rates, the largest discount will be applied.
Weddings taking place outside the state of Indiana may be eligible at Indianapolis Event Planner’s discretion; travel expenses including flight, hotel, and rental car (if required) are the responsibility of the couple.
Winner will be notified by phone and email from 317.721.8245 and our business email. Please save this number as “Indianapolis Event Planner.”
If the selected winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, declines the prize, or is unable to fulfill eligibility requirements (date or location restrictions), the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected.
Indianapolis Event Planner reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to: false information, ineligibility, unprofessional behavior, or failure to comply with giveaway rules.
If a participant books services before the contest end date and is later selected as the winner, their $1,250 prize credit will apply toward their existing booking, and any deposit paid toward that amount will be refunded.

Winner agrees to sign a standard service agreement and photo release for marketing use.
